· ※ On-site Registration: Student ID required. Postdocs, residents, physicians, and lab technicians are not considered students. · ※ Invoices: E-invoices will be issued by default within one month after the conference and sent to the registration email. Sender: "诺诺网" (Nonuo Network). · ※ Conference Conduct: Distribution of advertisements or promotional materials at the venue is prohibited. To protect intellectual property, photography and video recording are strictly forbidden in the sessions. Please participate respectfully and adhere to scientific ethics. · Fees cover conference materials, proceedings, and meals. Travel and accommodation are at the attendee's expense and should be reimbursed per institutional policy.

3. Cancellation Policy:

1. 100% refund if canceled no later than Sep 17,2025.
2. 50% refund if canceled no later than Oct 2.
3. No refund if canceled after Oct 2.

4. Payment Methods:

1. Online: Alipay, WeChat Pay, Online Banking (Note: Links opened via WeChat on mobile can only use WeChat Pay or Online Banking, not Alipay. For corporate cards, ensure binding with Alipay/Online Bank).
2. Bank Transfer: Must include attendee's name in remarks AND register on the website -> Click "Online Payment" -> Select "Bank Transfer" to view transfer details. Failure to do this will prevent fee status update.After transfer, email conference name, transfer proof, attendee name, and phone number to treasurer@cns.org.cn for invoice processing.
3. On-site: Alipay, WeChat Pay accepted.

※现场注册请出示学生证。 博士后，住院医师，实验室技师不属于学生范畴。※发票默认开电子发票，会后一个月内完成开具并发送至注册缴费邮箱，邮件发件人为“诺诺网”。※会议现场上不得散发任何广告和宣传资料，为了保护知识产权，会场内禁止拍照录像，请您文明参会，遵守科学道德规范。  注：以上费用包括会务费、资料费和餐费。差旅费、住宿费自理，请按规定回单位报销

2.缴费方式:会议采用在线注册交费，在线优惠注册截止日期：09月15日。注册⽹址：https://meeting2025.cns.org.cn/2025JZXB/。若临时有变化不能参会，请以邮件形式正式通知会议秘书处（秘书处lichao@cns.org.cn）。
3.取消参会：

1. 9月17日（含当日）前取消参会，退100%注册费；
2. 10月2日（含当日）前取消参会，退50％会议注册费；
3. 10月2日后取消参会，不退注册费，敬请谅解。

4.支付方式：

1. 线上缴费：支付宝，微信，网银（手机微信打开链接只能用微信和网银支付，不能使用支付宝，公务卡支付请确认已绑定支付宝或网银）
2. 银行转账：转账必须备注参会者的姓名，并且务必在网站上注册——点击在线支付——选择银行转账，您将看到银行转账信息，否则无法更改缴费信息。转账完成后，请将参会名称、转账凭证、参会姓名、联系电话等发送至treasurer@cns.org.cn，以方便开具会议注册费发票。
3. 现场注册：支持支付宝，微信。
